Engine Numbers

The engine in my 47 ff has the number III.II3459 it has a 6 blade fan, twist cap on the oil filler tube and a twist cap on the dip stick tube that runs vertically up from the block. the other engine that i got with the truck has the number T172*24526 I was curious if they were somekind of welder engine they sure are not T 137 . the only other number i can find is on driver door piller by the door hinge 4312-4725 any idea's what these mean.
