I did the same with my carryall. The headlines originally only went to the cross member. I put in oak plywood in the roof to match the oak floors. Looks great. I thought of putting in a large lexan roof but nixed it. I still may put in a sun roof over the rear seat just for ventilation when I park it on a warm day. It does get warm with the black roof insert.
