Starting low is always the way to go but these fenders are worth a MINIMUM of $350 each if they are perfect & I for one would be jumping for joy if I found a set of NOS fenders for $700pr.
Consider this when you figure out his bottom line. These fenders would take a mamoth amount of tooling & labour to fabricate perfectly.
