I took my first short ride in it tonight. It took longer than I thought to finish up some details. Getting the Gauges in and the last of the wireing done along with the Trailer Jack and Turn Signal switch wired. As far as the ride it was a short one it seems to be getting warn according to the gauge but it was not that hot when I took the cap off. I will test it with a temp probe to check real temp. These things ride like a Tank! Real tight springs on them. You do hear the drive train but it is a nice sound. I want to double check my timing, re-adjust the brakes a little bit. I would not want to try it out on a freeway just yet. The new seat is nice for driving and the heater puts out some good heat! I forgot to look at the Speedo to see how fast I was going but I ran it thru the gears several times. Steering is not bad when you are moving. The horn was a bugger to set up but it works now. All the lights worked might adjust them tonight when it is dark. I will get it licenced and insured tomorrow so I feel better out on the road. All in All it was great to drive and I want to do more soon! Mark H.
