PTO question-help

When I bought my power wagon, it came with an "extra" PTO in a box. This PTO has the number 12533 on its case.
From looking at the PIF, it seems this number may indicate an "after type", but it looks different (handle configuration) than the PTO on my truck (52 B-3).
What tranny would this PTO "fit"?
