I have a '63 M37B1; origional flathead 230, 24V. This vehicle would regularly start to -20F through this past Jan. During the past two weeks, we have had a cold snap, and the temp has been in the -40 to -50 range. Tried to start the truck a couple times during this period with no luck. Brought the batteries in and charged them up, and went out to start the truck today (temp +3F). Truck will cough, but not start. I'm getting fuel to the carb, and am getting spark. Truck is equipped with an oil pan heater. What's wrong, and how do I fix it? Thanks for any help.
