M-37 BRAKES LINES

Greetings all:

I need some sources for M-37 brake line parts. I need
the flexible line connector that is attached to the
rear axle "third member" Mine is the original and is
starting to "ooze" a bit! Anyone know of a couple of
good sources for such items?
