From the 1967 Dodge Trucks service manual:
251-3 without cleaner air package
Contact gap .017" to .023"
Dwell angle 36-42 degrees
Timing 5 degrees BTC at idle
Spark plug J7 Champion, P-3-5S Mopar with gasket
Spark plug gap .035 inch
Firing order 1-5-3-6-2-4
