PW Bed Supports-Where do they go?

I putting the box back on the 1968 WM300, and have 5 bed supports (3 channels, 2 flat), and 3 pairs of holes. I can tell from my pictures that a channel goes in the front and back holes, and that a flat support goes in the middle. Where do the 2 other supports go? And do they just float, or is there some kind of rubber pad that goes between the support and frame?
