What exactly are the differences between M-37's and older Power Wagons?

I am the owner of a '52 M-37, and know that my truck and the Power-Wagon share many similarities. I would like to know if anyone out there who has researched this can tell me exactly what differences there are between the 2 (other than the shorter wheel-base, body-styling, and in the early 60's, the diferent engines) I am just currious.
