Buying my first M-37,What do I need to Know?

I'm just getting into Military Vehicle ownership.
I found a decent deal on an M-37.
What do I need to know about this beast to be informed
when I go to look at it?
Are parts going to be available at a decent price.
Is it wise to get into this type of vehicle?
