I have made up some 20"wheels befor
useing 10 hole chevy wheel off 1-1/2 ton
drilling out 5 of the 10 holes, runnig 8.25 or
9.00 -20 tire 38 and 40 tall, axles and gears
are both taller , harder for the old 6cly to pull too.

: : I run 36x12.50x16 radial Super Swampers on my M37.
: : Great tires offroad, better than I expected onroad, soft
: : compound helps the ride, tall height brings the revs
: : down. No flatspotting. Used new flaps and tubes
: : from Vintage Power Wagon. Gateway's Buckshot
: : Radial Mudder is a similar tire, might cost a bit less.
: : No experience with custom wheels but I'm eager to
: : hear other's experience-- I'd like to get away from
: : split rims.

: I talked to Fast Wheels in Tulsa Oklahoma
: 918-599-9022 a while back. They will make wheels
: in the Power Wagon bolt pattern, any size you want.
: It's one way to get away from the split rims, but
: it was not cheap at $150/wheel.
