If you don't mind a suggestion from a non-Power Wagon (yet) person, let me share a few things that I know have worked in various Jaguars. First for heat, the absolute, best insulating material I have ever found is called a 'ceramic blanket' from Mayo Industries (970) 669-7613. This stuff is about 1/4" thick, but could smother a blast furnace. It works just like cloth, and is available in 30" and 48" widths. Just cut to size. An alternative to this is the self adhesive foam and aluminum foil stuff sold by JC Whitney. Finally, for noise, the best product is Dynamat, available from Cruthcfield, or check http://www.dynamat.com These are all good products, which have worked in real applications.
