Exhaust manifold removal and torque specs...

I am the proud new owner of a '53 Civilian Power Wagon with a cracked exhaust manifold. I have a good one to put on, but I don't know the torque spec or sequence.

Any help would be appreciated, also any tips to removing the old one and the intake manifold...
