M37s were not painted in camo paint schemes. The
first run of them was painted semi-gloss OD green,
and the second run or M37B1 series were painted
a lusterless OD green.
The USAF trucks were Air Force Strata Blue and the
USMC versions were Forest Green with yellow
markings.
