Disc brakes for the Power Wagon

Has anyone done a disc brake conversion on a Power Wagon?
I read the Tim Peterson article in the PWA, have you
used this approach or made your own? Has anyone tried
the disc brake kit from Tim Peterson? Did you go four wheel
discs or just front wheels?
