John, I have never heard FDR's prayer to the troops, but given his great ability to communicate,I would bet that it is awesome!
I knew some men who landed on D-Day and use to listen in total and complete awe when they would talk about it, which they didn't do very often
They are gone now and I miss them very much and am very grateful for all that they all did for us!
