Message:   Thanks again Norm, this is really a great forum! I have to tell a short story here about the bed wood. About three years ago, there was a tornado that came through our area that downed alot of beautiful oak trees. We salvaged what we could, and the wood in this bed as well as my 48B1 are from local trees about eight miles from my house. It was difficult making sure the wood was cured properly and would not twist, but it was stored right for cure time and worked out well. That was a really interesting experience and learning session about oak and keeping it in storage after milling.
