The first place to get accurate information about Ron Paul is at HIS website, not the phony thrown up to slander and discredit him. At the Dodge Link, the Ron Paul Library, with many of his speeches and a great deal of personal info.
See if he makes sense for yourself, not according to what others say. No other candidate gives such a true, open and honest view of themselves as he does, which means he has nothng to hide.
No way Ron Paul would EVER get leftwing backing! That's part of the slander campaign. He is as far from left as you can get and still be midle of the road Conservative, and not Right Wing Radical. He's so Conservative he gives it a new meaning.
Read what he has to say, right at his own library. He's been a Congressman in Texas, re-elected every term for over 33 years.
NOTE: He is NOT a Libertarian, as some others mistakenly think. He is Republican. There is a website in his name that he DID NOT START that is UNAUTHORIZED. Every looney in the books posts there to discredit him. A major news agency, maybe Fox, announced that he had withdrawn from the Presidential race: another lie, he did not withdraw and said nothing like that. Every single media outlet has a blackball on him, will not give him any print, plus he was snubbed at the candidate debates by Fox News.
He earned more in campaign contributions in a single day than any other politician, tremendous popular support, still snubbed. $6.5 million in contributions in one day, so they decided they'd better hide him from public view.
He wants to ABOLISH the IRS, get America OUT of the UN, return honesty and accountability to politics and the Presidential office, and is just what he says he is on his Ron Paul Library website. Why? Because he has voted EXACTLY as he speaks, for over 35 years!

also at the Dodge link.
Make your own choice, but do it based on facts, not hearsay. |
