Message:   Hi,

I have a 3:23 suregrip rear end, and a 360 with A727 auto. Tire size is P265/50R15 I recently installed a 4 barrel carb and new manifold. Now after my first trip I see that the truck shifts into second at 4 thousand RPM. I have not yet taken the truck on the free way to see when it will shift into 3rd, or if it will kick down. But I have to go really fast in low spead zones to get the truck to kick down, sure way to get a speeding ticket.

Any help you might have would be appreciated.
