Message:   I have to agree with Frank. I see winches on a nearly weekly basis on the local Craigs list for 2-300 bucks. See the link. This is at least the third time this one has been listed. It is about 5 miles from me and I haven't even bothered to go look at it. Most people don't even WANT a PTO winch. You can buy a brand new electric winch for not much more than half that amount. Just my 2 cents worth. I just wish I had a dozen of 'em to sell you guys for that kinda $$$$
