Message:		Hard to say if the ring broke first or the exhaust valve stuck, but the results was a dead cylinder due to the ring particle ruining the exhaust valve or the exhaust valve particle ruining the rings...chicken or the egg?. The piston looks knurled, a cheap and ineffective way to re-build a worn motor, cutting corners doesn't work, so the re-build may have had other flaws, such as a poor valve job, etc. One thing about a Poly, once that crossover heat exchanger plugs with carbon, you build up a lot of heat in those "center" two cylinders on each bank. Mine was completely cooked with brittle rings,.... but running 'fine' on only the oil rings... MN
