Message:   I can remember back in the 70s there was a gas crunch and a college university had designed or redesigned a carburetor the was suppost to get between 80 and 100 mpg.It was hushed up quickly and said rights to experement was sold to a big oil company and never heard of again.Anyone else know of this?......pat
