Message:   That regarding electron flow in electrical theory was sarcasm, but If you check the links I posted they lead to a good explanation of that topic.

Latest 'new' theory says the electrons actually flow 'backwards', from negative to positive. Of course it involves protons, neutrons, electrons etc. but it is chin-slobbering ignorant for the fact that all the textbooks have to be re-written to teach this new translation of theory.

Nothing changed in the physics of it, just in the way it is explained. It's about like changing America's official language [hah, like we have one anymore] from English to Italian. When people talked they'd still be saying the same thing, meaning the same thing, but in a different language. Of course all books, signs, official documents etc. would have to be re-written, just so people could say the same thing differently!

That's what happened with electrical theory and yes, excellent old texts are now obsolete. One of those links, I think from the Physics forum, explains the change clearly and simply for what it is.
