Message:   My trans has slipped once, they said to bring it in just before the warranty expires and they'll put a new upgraded trans in it for free. They also have an updated lift pump for the 98.5 to 2002 trucks, free under warranty, if you're still covered.
I'm really looking forward to good things from the new owners, they are serious about quality control, customer service and flushing out the junk Mercedes crap....
