Message:   Hmmmm....maybe the unions are starting to smell a little something wafting on the air: DECAYING FLESH, THEIR OWN!! Pretty sure thing that Cerberus is ready to go bare knuckles 'til the last bell sounds or the last one is still standing.

In a peculiar way Cerberus has nothing to lose! They are faced with a fabulous tax write-off for 3 years and have nearly everything to gain in many respects. The unions could find themselves out in the cold, with winter coming. The winter would be the next time they try to negotiate with other industries, standing there bloody, wounded and talking with a limp from the beating they got from Cerberus!

"Oh, yeah, you're those hammered, grossly unemployed union guys, un-huh, and you say you 'demand'? You DEMAND?!!! DEMAND THIS!!! BEAT IT!
