Message:   First thing that comes to mind here is a boat canvass shop stitching one up. There's a lot of competition in that little industry and some are mobile. Because of competition the price can be surprisingly low. Unlike an upholstery shop they routinely fab up LOTS of covers and know the best materials for the application.
