Message:		No, Terry, the REAL PROBLEM neighbor moved out, but is still in the area. That's a horse of a whole different color. Maybe think pre-emptive strike? This other neighbor is a pretty nice guy and we go back and forth with friendly surprises. Wondering if a case of Ivory liquid wouldn't make nicer bubbles? Like maybe all the way to Norm's house?
