Message:		I know my lowest vertebret is compressed, doc says I should remember when it was done because it was a traumatic blow that caused it. Perhaps the blow involved my head and caused my CRS condition. But have had lower back pain for many years; only in recent years has it come to the point that I couldn't walk but for short distances which is a pinched nerve in the same place, and then that one certain move you make 1000's of times but one time it sets you down for about 4 days, I leaned forward and to the left while tossing a large object, a lightweight plastic pallet, was all it took. I'm ready for relief. Thanks for asking.
