Message:		Gary, All of the advise above is good. Dont sign anything untill all of your pain is gone. There is NO evidence that shows a relation to damage of your vehicle in an auto accident and how much bodily injury you should recieve. Even if the recieving vehicle has minor damage, the passenger may have recieved a lot of force. A spinabifida isnt that uncommon in people. It simply means that in part of your vertebrae the bone is thinner than normal. About 10% of the population have them, I have one at C2. This is NO reason for you to have an increased amount of pain. If your auto insurance agent says different, tell him to prove it in a medical research study. Your pain came from the car accident. Follow your doctors recomondations and get well soon. Yes, I am a Licenced Chiropractor in Ohio. Also my 68 Barracuda came factory with a 318 and 7 1/4 rear.
