Message:   Sorry about your misfortune, Gary! Hope you recover okay. As we get older we can't take those hard hits anymore, so please get checked out. Took over a year for all the bad nasties to show up on me.

Their insurance agent will call you and try to get you to allow them to record the telephone conversation. DON'T DO IT! It can and will be used against you because they know exactly what trick questions to ask you.
