Message:   While going through valves I found problem on #8 cylinder.On exhaust valve I couldn't get feeler gauge in to adjust.You have to back off adjusting nut,but the rocker arm is actually hitting valve spring before it hits valve.It almost looks like valve is to short.Spring is real weak as I can compress it by hand.Is the rocker worn out or valve?Would spring do this?I can get new spring but nothing for rocker arms.Almost looks like it was put together this way.
