are both of you nutz! you each have too much crap. you all need to fix what ya got now, keyrist! i like dodges and all, but DAM!
if you want a truck realy bad, some guy was trying to sell a 62 a while back, im sure he still has it, uh RP i think was the name of the fella.
on a more serious note , how come my 70 383 takes 8 quarts of oil? i remember the 65 413 only takin 5 to fill it up.
i was changing the oil last week and after the first gallon of delo and half of the second one, it still wasn't to full, i started it and let it build up pressure, shut it off and let it sit, still was low, i dumped the rest of the second gallon in, and it came right up to the full mark.
im not bitchin about the oil, the more the better, but 8 friggin quarts?
the paint on the pan looks to be factory , i was wonderin if old grandpa got one for an RV and put it on there.
i have had it off and the pick up seems to be right where it needs to be (in the sump), the dip stick looks right too. the pan does not appear to be an extra low one it seems right when lookin under the truck. |
