Message:   Vin and data says 383, i still wonder if factory allowed "Sert Option" of a 440 upgrade. That is why I asked about the 70-71 tag it has. It was built August of 1968. As is widely know Chrysler allowed many extra cost items to be added on assembly line autos and trucks.

Again thsoe numbers were 1990 4400
