Can some one tell me what the print is on line 4 counting down (or up) left side of the the data plate which is designated as “1970 - 71 US Built Models” That line is tainted to read clearly on mine.

The reason is my data for the 69 is just like that plate and it has "1990 4400" inserted on that line. I am trying to find why this D300 had a 440 which owner claims was an option. Hmmm,.. Not? Gordo
