Message:   4 hours 20 minutes. The temp poppper popped up. looken realy good. Put a meat therm. in the breast and got 180 degrees, this is what is needed. Should be done. Going to keep in on a few minutes longer to make sure, Im paroniod about under cooked meat. Rotissory is still turning that 19lb bird OK. Company is supposed to be here in 1/2 hour, everything is working out, now, all we need is a good tasteing turkey.
