BTW, 14 separate homes burned to the ground last year when the occupants tried deep frying their Thanksgiving turkeys. Please all be careful.

I've had good luck baking on my grill. It's huge. So far brownies, pizzas and a cake!! You'd be surprised... and it's much larger than my oven. I Might try that turkey bag that seals in the juices.
