Message:   I parted-out a 1969 Chevy Truck a few years back. Having never owned or worked on one before...I was absolutely amazed at the POS that it was! Coil springs on the rear axle? Cab corners that fill up with dirt...get wet...then rust out! Planned obsolescence...at its finest. I did take the time to price Chevy parts on the Web,,,they were dirt cheap. They made a million of them and are cheap to repair. All I did was sell the cab and scrap the rest...no $$$ in it.
