Let's put things in perspective and stop whining about a rumor, the survival of the company is at stake, not just the dealers.
I had a friend who was forced out 10 years ago, by Daimler, for refusing to carry Chrysler's and Dodges, he had been a Jeep Agency for nearly 50 years.
My understanding is that ONE, justified, negative feedback from a dissatisfied customer is enough for a Dealership to lose their 5 Star rating, was the poor performing dealer in the previous post called on the carpet? Was a complaint filed with Chrysler?
They can't fix what they don't know about and they don't know ANYTHING if it didn't happen in the last two months!
This is NEW management guys, not old news...I'm getting a fair amount of positive feedback from my Chrysler Blogs posts, get over there and give them your 2 cents worth, the top management is reading those Blogs...
