Message:		I agree it is the wanting more house tham a peron can afford in most cases. The Banks/Lenders are the one who are getting screwed. (Eventually the taxpayer) It started with the people who made the "percentage $$ points" (Brokers) in turn it was oversold by them to money sources. Those percentage points $$ were a huge part of this greed and "selling up to the lenders". Countyrwide was an example of points $$. They were not end holders, they just wrapped em up and sold them, made the points and smiled. I wouldn't be surprised as they dig further there will be a lot of welfare moms who got financed over their head also. Some dads too. "Welfare and Bank financing".??? Those words were never in one sentence before. Oh well, I reckon it is liberal to do so. Gordo
