Message:   Stock '64 wheel size and widths were:
15x5.0, 16x4.5, and 16x6.0. All of those are too narrow to run the modern tires, but later Dodge wheels and some early fords* have wider 16" stock wheels that can be used.
Sometimes you can find these really cheap because the first thing a new owner does is put on wide wheels and tires. Check tire stores or wheel suppliers.
* 8 lugs on a 6.5" bolt circle with 1/2" lugs was stock, some Fords have 9/16" lugs and they will cause a dangerous condition if the lug nuts are not changed to properly secure the wheel.1970 to mid 1980's wheels are often 7" to 8" wide and will easily handle your tires.
All stock Dodge wheels should have the proper offset, but 15" wheels will be too small to clear disc brake calipers.
You want the 16" wheel.
