Message:		These were stamped by dealers or a contractor, and were dealer-installed items. Remeber, trucks came standard with NO rear bumper at all up through the very early '90s - the rear bumper and the style was an option. I've had two Sweptys (and several Fords and GM trucks) with the same dealer info on the bumper. My old CSS had the dealer and town in Arkansas stamped on its bumper, but I took it off that truck and put in on another. A very common thing from the early '60s through the late '80s on painted step bumpers.
