Message:   Layson's position and excuses sound pretty weak to me. Apparently they were clearly warned in words easy to understand that Chysler Coporation was serious about this issue and to immediately cease and desist. They chose to flagrantly disregard that clear warning and to set about to continue to directly profit from Chrysler's Trademarks and Copyrights.

I'm not on Layson's side anyway, since they have long made a habit of pushing their prices to the absolute ragged edge for Chrysler trademarked replicas that are not in fact genuine or authorized or original. I don't expect that the negative outcome headed Layson's way will break them of their pride in how blasted good they are, just ask them, but they will pay dearly for their folly.

Layson's may be highly respected by some but to me they're far over-rated, mostly by themselves, and due are for an attitude check.

The fact that Layson's doesn't like and won't respect Chrysler's company policy regarding licensing & trademarks doesn't mean a blasted thing. If you don't like the way the ball comes over the plate don't swing at it, or else leave the ballpark.
