Message:   I'm doing a disc brake swap to the front of my 63.Bought the brackets from scarebird and in process of having the machine work done on the hubs and now decided to add rear discs also.I have the old style rearend with the removable hubs.Web site called uglytruckling shows this done but I'm doing it alittle different as far as mounting brackets.they say to add a adjustable proportioning valve to stop rear wheel lockup.I have two choices as far as rear calipers and pad sizes. If I use the smaller size (chevy) calipers instead of the larger ones would I still need the proportioning valve? They would be smaller than the front ones or dosen't size matter.(I'm still talking brakes here)..........pat
