Was this the reason you did the brake job, because they were hanging up? Did they do this before the brake job?

If not then it is obviously something added within the brake job, either master or wheel cylinders. Might want to double check that it's the right wheel cylinders. Were they new, or rebuilt or did you kit the wheel cylinders? If you rebuilt them did you use the residual pressure cups in the wheel kits, or did the kits have them?
