Message:   A positive outlook can have a huge effect, especially on employee performance. It also sounds like they're hinting that the Teutonic straitjacket may be removed? No doubt the employees are heaving a great sigh of relief in the management aspect of the company. Almost like Cinderella is finally released from the influences of her wicked step sisty uglers to do a few rounds in the ballroom with the charming prince. We'll have to wait til midnight to see what happens to the pumpkin.
