Most of the time, Dealerships are the main reason that Chrysler lags behind the others, not poor products. I have never been satisfied with Mopar salemen, and therefore do not use them. I usually have good luck with fleet sales, the name is a misnomer, as you don't have to buy 5 or more vehicles, only one, they normally do not get a commssion, they usually have been working at the dealership for several years and know their product. I've lamented over the poor Dodge dealerships for years. Chrysler has tried to fix things with the "5 Star" program, but unfortunately it's just the old dealerships with only a tad more accountability.
This is a triple loss as Dodge lost your business, you lost the use of a diesel motor and you now have the specture of a marginal gm product hanging over your head ...hope it works out for you, occasionally a gm owner gets lucky and gets a product that actually runs....= )
Just don't be surprised when the parts start falling off, the motor isn't what you are used to and the mileage is less than 11 mpg.
You may want to get a hitch set-up so that the W200 can pull it around when needed....= )
