Message:   Texas has junkyards full of nv4500's, If i gamble and buy a pullout with no core its $1500 to $1800, the parts are about $1200 to rebuild a wornout nv4500, the shop i deal with is where all the hot shot and cattle haulers get there diffs, tranns, t/c etc etc. A rebuild is $2800 down here for a nv4500. I bought 3 of these 3053a depo rebuilds for $500 each and got to see the insides before i exchanged gold!

I figure with some thrashing i will get this going, my 4bt has a chevy 4 speed set up on the back as well, no overdrive!!!!

I been dreaming about getting this swap done asap and finally getting the 6bt into the w500 with the same tranny 3053a so i know i have a solid trans to begin and end with. Hope this makes sense??? I sure your lived closer so I could spy in your sweptline parts goldmine!!!!lol thanks, i am going to posts pictures asap!!
