Hey All,
I have a 70 w500 for sale. The w500 has a 12 foot long flat bed with 1 1/8th inch plywood. It has a wheel base of 175 inches. It’s the short wheel base. The truck has a 383 4 speed with really nice non rotted floor pans. The cab itself is in really nice solid shape. It has a slide rear window with gutter trim, and inside door panel trim. It has no rot on the doors coming through. The locking hubs spin to lock and free really easy. Just like butter. It has a pto output off of the the tranny pointing to the rear of the truck. It also has a cover on the driver side of the tranny that can have another pto output installed for a winch. I have taken the polished alum grill with the grill inserts, off, and washed the grill of its dirt and grim, repainted the grill inserts, and put it all back. The head lights, roof lights, and front grill turn signals all work. The 383 does start up and stays running, With plenty of power. The front fenders have No Dents in them at all. The doors shut tight, and appears not to leak. The passenger side running board is in pretty nice condition, the drivers side needs a little work but will look nice when reshaped back. All six tires on it have about 60 percent tread on it plus or minus. It has a strait step front bumper.
What the truck needs:
It doesn’t have breaks, needs a rear driveline. I have the front and intermediate shaft on it now. It also needs an eng key and rear tail lights.
The truck would come with a bill of sale. I know what I have invested in this truck. Is their any interest from anyone here on this forum that would want this truck? All offers will be considered.
