Message:   Smog sucks. Here in CA all swepts are too old for that BS. Mine is a 66 D100.
The diff between the models is heavier frames as well as heavier axles and springs. Seems like I read that 100/200 frames are the same, dont know for sure. 300 frames are totally different, not only are they way heavier, they are standard heavier truck size - 34" front to back. 100/200's are about 9" wider at the back, which precludes most dual wheel axles and other things. A 200 could be built tuff enough, ie to Camper Special specs. If frames are same for 100/200, I suppose a 100 could be converted to a 200 with an axle/spring swap. Be sure to box the frame in front where the diesel rides.
